Enhance U Runs In PLUS 5K…

PLUS 5K

“Mind...Body...Soul...That is our mantra on how to train. Not only will we train athletes for competition...we train them for life.” That's what Enhance U stands for and a part of "training for life" is learning the value of giving to others.  It's a lesson several Enhance U trainees learned by participating in the PLUS 5K Run on Saturday in Covington - an annual fundraiser for the 5th and 6th grade overnighter that is run by the PLUS (Parents Learning To Understands Students) … [Read more...]

I'm even going to try to talk more kids to go out." After being prodded by … [Read more...]

Another Milestone For A.J. Ouellette…

aj_ouellette

A.J. Ouellette isn't old enough to remember the "Bo Knows" commercials by Nike in the early '90s - the commercials that present Bo Jackson as a multi-sport athlete - everything from a racecar driver, to tennis player, baseball player and then football star. Twenty years later, A.J. Ouellette is the high school version of Bo Jackson, an athlete who excels in everything he does. Consider, as a sophomore Ouellette ran 11.1 in the 100 meter dash with a severely strained hamstring, narrowly … [Read more...]
