HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES

 

Whether you have aspirations of playing at the collegiate level or maximizing your potential for the upcoming season, Enhance U’s program for the high school athlete is second to none.

We train athletes from a variety of sports; football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, wrestling, track & field, etc. We also target your training to your sport of interest.

We will be tested in all areas of athletic performance and establish goals for your training. You will receive personal attention throughout your training and be pushed to the limit mentally and physically in order to max out in your effort and performance.

Enhance U will also provide dietary consultation to help you meet your objectives, whether it’s gaining muscle mass and strength or dropping excess pounds to improve performance.

Throughout your training Enhance U will monitor your improvement through combine testing and modify your training accordingly.
