YOUTH ATHLETES

Physical fitness is beneficial to all ages and Enhance U has an outstanding program for children. Our age groups at 7-11 and 12-14.

Like all levels of training, youth athletes will be tested on their physical and mental abilities in order to establish some goals and objectives. Each youngster will receive personal attention within a small group as it is essential to establish proper technique throughout the drills.

Youth athletes will be challenged in a competitive environment and pushed mentally and physically throughout their training. This will help in character development and establishing a competitive drive that will be beneficial as they progress in their athletic endeavors.
